These minor repairs usually only take about a few minutes and are quite affordable, but in no way should they be treated like a complete service or overhaul. Recommended when the instrument is already in a good condition, was cleaned recently, (or brand new) and the problem in question can be solved in a matter of minutes. For example a missing waterkey cork, a dent in the bell, or a really typical case, a stuck mouthpiece. Although these are generally simple to fix, I strongly advise against doing them at home. If they take place as a part of a complete service or overhaul, no extra fees will be charged, and only the price of the service/overhaul should be paid.

(I recommend a 'soldering and nothing else' job only in situations when there's 1 or at most 2 solder joints that should be resoldered, otherwise it's probably better to do at least a complete service on the instrument.)

(On rare occasions, cutting the bumpers to size is not enough to achieve correct porting, but certain modifications are also needed. The cost in these situations is calculated on a case by case basis depending on the amount of modifications needed.)

Overall cost depends on the part needed (can be made in my shop with my current tooling, or needs to be ordered from an other business). If it needs to be ordered, the net price (+VAT, and customs if it needs to be paid), shipping cost and labor cost should be paid. For instance, if the part needs to be soldered, then the listed price for soldering will be charged as labor fee.
